Thank you Joyce from This Side Of The Pond for our hodgepodge questions each week. I so enjoy them and I've made some new friends because of them. So, on to our questions for this week...
1. What's a word that describes your life? A word you wish described your life?
A word that describes my life right now would be stressful. A word I wish described my life would be carefree.
2.Back in my day we__________________?
Respected our elders and listened respectfully to their opinions even if we disagreed with them.

3. When it comes to takeout are you more likely to opt for Italian, Mexican, or Chinese food? Does a typical week at your house include takeout?
When it comes to takeout it's usually pizza. A typical week at our house does not include takeout, we simply can't afford it anymore. Takeout is reserved for a necessity or a special occasion.
4. Think about the people you most respect. What is it about them that earned your respect?
I try very hard to respect everyone until they prove themselves unworthy of that respect. That being said, I respect those who are respectful of others - especially their elders, I respect those who show themselves trustworthy and who do all they can to make their intentions clear.
5. What's something your friends might see and say is 'so you'?
Anything turquoise in color or anything having to do with music - especially the pipe organ.
6. Insert your own random thought here.
Ok, so I have no idea what's going on with my blog, but the first couple of questions aren't showing up at the top of this post. SO I'm adding them here. If this is confusing, or if you're seeing them at the top and it's just me...my apologies.

They still didn't show up, Julie. Don't these things just drive you crazy? I had used Firefox server for years but kept having problems with my pictures not showing up properly. I sought help to no avail. Just happened to use Goggle Chrome one day and everything worked perfect and so much more user friendly. We never know. Happy Easter to you and your Family. I'm sure you have some amazing music planned for Sunday. He is Risen!
ReplyDeleteI'm not seeing them at the top OR bottom of your post. Oh well, your others showed up and I enjoyed reading them. Loved that quote about respect. Hope you and your family will have a truly blessed Easter.
ReplyDeleteI'm not seeing the first question, but see the rest. I tend to chalk these hiccups up to the mysteries of the Internet : ) Otherwise they make me twitch. Happy Easter to you!
ReplyDelete#1 seems to be missing but the rest are here. Lots of us posted about respect for #2 and #4. I enjoyed reading your answers!! I'll just say it again that I am so happy you are back!!
ReplyDeleteTrue, we did respect our elders and we don't see that very often today. I love your meme for #4. I'm going to share that on Facebook. Someone I know needs to read that! That's a great color. Sorry about your blog issues.
