Anyway housework all done...feels so good. Linda said she wants whatever it was I put in my coffee LOL, well, it's not the coffee. Ever since I did my juice fast I have juiced first thing every morning and my energy level is through the roof! Normally scrubbing my floor like that would wipe me out...I was tired and had to do a little, rest, do some more, but when I finished and rested again, my energy all came back. It's truly amazing! It also helps that my back/ribs/shoulder are all feeling better...not healed, but better.
Supper is ready to go on the table and my men are yakkin' it up at the bike store. I'm not sure what to expect tomorrow, I'm playing it all by ear.
I'm looking forward to a relaxing evening.
Wow! That is amazing. Maybe I should be "juicing" too if you're getting that kind of energy. :)

I am thrilled for you. I wish I could do the same, but I think I am too far 'over the hill' with too many physical problems already on board. I know you will enjoy being with your son and I wish you lots of hugs while he is there.
